Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy to understand when returns are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number).
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@tufflio.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and return address. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged Items Due to Shipping

  • Packaging Damage: Contact us within 3 days with photos if your product’s packaging is damaged during transit.
  • Product Damage: If the item itself is damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement upon receiving photo proof.

7. Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days. Tags must be attached and packaging intact. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Pre-Shipment & In-Transit Returns

  • Not yet shipped: Cancel anytime for a full refund.
  • Shipped but not received: If you refuse delivery, the original shipping fee plus a 10–30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

9. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may require additional time to post the funds. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, contact us.
